Cruising in the Mustang

Today Brady got to go on his first powerwheels ride with Kendal. He was so cute in that car. He had his arm up on the side like he has been riding in the front seat all his life. He rode around for a good 10 minutes and loved every minute of it.

Another day with Brady Boy

Brady had a playdate with his best buddy Ryland the other day. Brady was showing off his tunnel. They were so funny crawling through it and coming out with big static hair, even thought they don't have very much.

Outdoor Fun

Today Brady was outside playing for the first time. The weather was beautiful so I thought we would give it a try. He LOVED it! He walked back and forth in the front yard for over an hour. He wasn't a fan of the feel of the grass, but at this point of the year it is practically straw. I look forward to spending alot of time outdoors this summer. We originally tried using his walker toy but it wasn't flat enough in the yard and it kept getting stuck. And check out his new sneakers, he is pretty fly! Thanks Grandpa, good choice!

Playgroup

Here is Brady at playgroup with his friend Charlie who he hasn't seen in a while. He loves to climb on the stuff there and obviously loves licking everything too.


Charlie found his bink but Brady doesn't care because he will just eat the toy.



"Where have you been Charlie, I haven't seen you around in a while. I have missed you."

10 Months Old

Another month has passed and our Brady Boy is getting so big. I won't go on an on about how I am sad, blah blah blah.

Our trip home

Brady and I made the big trek to PA for a visit. We made the 6 hour drive all by ourselves and it went really well. We were gone for a week and this is Brady and Daddy lovin on each other when we got home. Brady even giggled when Jim walked in the door. It was so cute.

Looks like Brady is not interested in kisses from Daddy.

Here is Brady with his new furry friend Ramsey the boxer. He was so cute and dopey. Brady was sharing his water with him.

Here is Brady rocking in the big old rocking chair in Boothwyn. We had to pull over and take his picture in it. No need to worry, Rachel is standing behind him.

Big smiles! People were laughing as they drove by seeing 3 girls taking a baby's picture in a rocking chair outside of a store.

Brady sure loves his new scrunchie face smile. If you are lucky he will show it to you.


I took Brady to a place called Linville Orchards. I have been going there since I was really little and I am thinking that these are some of the same animals I visited as a little girl. Not bad for a free activity that Brady really enjoyed. He was "talking" to all of the animals. Here he is looking at the pigs. The pig was making all kinds of noises at Brady.


Brady wasn't too impressed with the horses.

It was feeding time for the ducks. They were the meanest ducks I have ever seen. They kept snapping at the fence.

We then played at the park for a bit. Here he is driving the train.




Seriously, isn't he the world's cutest baby? I sure think so!!

No camera cord

I am home visiting and I don't have my camera cord, so there will not be any new pics until I am home later in the week. Just in case you were here looking for new pics. Splashing in the Kitchen

This morning we tried a new activity which nearly gave Jim a panic attack because of the mess. I told him he might die the day Brady writes on the wall with his poo.



Look at that cute little tushy! I took off his diaper because it was soaked with water. He immediately crawled away naked and stood up on the chair. As I was being an idiot and taking his picture I didn't notice that he was pissing EVERYWHERE! He seriously peed from this position damn near to the living room. I am really glad Jim wasn't around because he would have nearly died. I just quickly cleaned up and then mopped. What fun we had!


Afterwards, he got a quick shower. Boy is that kid tall!!

Pushing my highchair

Meatballs, raviolis, pork, oh my!

So the kid who just recently wouldn't eat a cheerio has made a complete 180. In the last 2 days he has eaten: turkey meatballs, raviolis, a roll, pork chops, roasted potatoes, broccoli, and string cheese, and alot of it! I can't believe it. He will eat anything off of a spoon or fork, but if you try to pick it up and put in his mouth he turns his head away. How funny is that? He also did feed himself a bunch of broccoli. I love that he is eating more, it makes dinnertime so much more interesting. Here he is last night after eating his meatballs and raviolis, so proud of himself.



He also has started making this face when he is eating. It cracks us up every time.

You can really see his top teeth now, huh? I seriously think this kid is awesome!


Every morning Brady spends a good hour roaming and exploring the first floor. Each day I find something else that needs to be put away for now. So now that I am taking away all the "fun" stuff he finds fun elsewhere. This is table in our entryway. He crawled in one end, across the bottom, and out the other end.






This afternoon we went to the library to get out for a few minutes and play with their toys. He had a great time, but it was hard keeping him quiet. Here he is sporting a construction hat.

"Get this thing off of me!"

He sat at this window watching the cars go by. He ended up falling over and taking a chunk out of his chin, bounced off, and kept on playing. He must be made of rubber.
