We LOVE Santa

Brady went for another visit to see Santa today with his Uncle Jacob. He was such a good boy smiling and wearing his Santa hat.

Happy Thanksgiving! Here are some pictures from Brady's first Thanksgiving. He looked so cute in his striped outfit and Chief Brady hat. His Grandma and Uncle Jacob made it for him to wear.

Here is the Chief at Thanksgiving dinner. We woke him up from a nap so he could sit at dinner with us and he was a good sport about it. He wore the hat happily and played with his new bib.


Uncle Jacob put on a clarinet recital and of course Jim thought he could play, he couldn't in case you were wondering.

PA or bust

We are heading home for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I am not looking forward to the drive and am really hoping Brady sleeps the whole trip. A girl can dream, can't she? We have 7 tons of crap to pack into our car, here is hoping it all fits! Here is Brady getting pumped up for the trip.

6 months in review

Look at my big boy grow!

6 months old

Brady is 6 months old today. I can't believe how fast the time flies. He had a doctors appointment this morning and did very well. He is growing like a weed and his big melon is just getting bigger and bigger. His height and head are both in the 75th percentile and his weight is in the 50th percentile. He is 27 3/4 inches long, his head is 45cm, and he weighed 17lbs .5 oz. He got 4 shots today and was such a brave boy. After 6 months, he isn't broken so we must be doing something ok.

Well, it looks like the bouncer is no longer a feasible option. This took him all of 30 seconds to do. Bummer! I loved this thing and so did he, but now that he figured out how to move around on the floor he would rather be doing that, and removing his socks and shoes.

Sitting Pretty

Here is Brady practicing his sitting this morning. He is getting much better, but he would still rather be laying. We put him in sitting position and he won't bend. Oh well!! He is just so happy and cute I could eat him up!
