Mommy and Me

Today , I Brady and I had matching outfits on. Not exactly matching, but the same color. I totally didn't mean to, and I didn't even notice until we were leaving the house and it was too late then. Everyone seemed to notice right away, and proceeded to tease us about it all throughout the day. Oh well, things could have been worse, I could have worn my underwear on the outside or something crazy like that. Here are a few pictures of us, it is hard to see that our outfits were the same color since I used a color setting on my camera.

The witches in Salem

We took a drive to Salem MA today. We really went because there is a Rita's and Chipolte there, but we walked around and had a great time. The people were kinda creepy as were the stores, but the waterfront was nice. Everything was witch related.

This is Brady in front of the lighthouse at Derby Wharf. You had to walk a half mile out to it but it was worth it, it was beautiful!!

HAHA!! Yes, that says Bunghole. How perfect since he was wearing a shirt that says ass. Jim felt really stupid standing on the street taking his picture in front of a liquor store, but I thought it was funny.

My Birthday present

My birthday was last week, pretty uneventful though. This is Brady showing off his gift to me. Yes, it says what you think it says. Jim had it made online, cool huh?

Tubby Time

Brady has recently graduated from the hammock part in the tub and is now sitting/leaning in the tub on his own. He continues to love the tub. It calms him and I wish we could leave him in there longer but he gets chilly. I can't wait until he can sit up and really play in the tub. Notice the praying hands, this is his new things. His hands are clasped together most of the day. I hope he is not praying for a pony, we just don't have room for that.

Here he is wondering why I am sticking that damn camera in his face during a bath. It is the one place I haven't been taking pictures and he sure seems confused as to why the camera followed him here. I covered up his parts for some modesty. Someday I don't want him to hate me for taking pictures of his naked parts.

He has recently discovered his feet, it is really cute seeing his eyes widen when he finds them or other new things he is discovering.


Here is a good shot of him saying his prayers. "Dear God, please make that women stop taking my picture in my birthday suit."

Lounging at the Lake

We went to Silver Lake state park yesterday and it was a beautiful day. Brady snoozed for a bit and we all worked on our tans. Next summer Brady will need more bathing suits so all of his pictures aren't in the same suit, I can't have that. HEHE!!

Shopping with Dad

Brady went shopping with his Daddy on Sunday. This is him before he left. Jim picked out his outfit, he looked so cute.

3 Months Old

Today is Brady's 3 month birthday. He had a stuffy/runny nose today and wasn't feeling too hot by the time I took his pictures, that's why we he has 2 different outfits on, because it was 2 different times. Oh well, it is just getting me used to in a few months when he won't even sit on this chair for his picture. I can't believe how big he is getting.

No need to prop me up Mom, I can try to sit here on my own.

Boozin with Brady

What started out as a very low key night somehow turned into a booze fest.

Here is Brady with his buddy Ryland, who by the way is 4 days younger than Brady and they were in the hospital together. Anyway, they started out just two cute boys hanging out on the couch.



They watched the Olympics a little and then took a snooze.

Next thing you know, they are playing cards, drinking beer, and smoking cigars. Who gave them beer?? Ryland had way too much to drink and passed out. Notice Brady's beer of choice, just like his father.

Target's Jumperoo

We put together Brady's exersaucer and he loves it. He sits in there watching the dogs and just hanging out. He doesn't seem too interested in the toys yet which is a good thing because all together you need 15 AAA batteries, yikes!!


I thought he might also like to have a jumperoo so we went to Target to try them out. Here he is happily trying them out in the store. Jim couldn't believe I wanted to do this, but I had to see if he liked it before I spent the money. I found a brand new one on Craigslist for wicked cheap!!

He obviously enjoyed himself!! He threw up all over the one in the store, that means he likes it, right??
