22 Months Old

We forgot yesterday, so these are a day late.  Oops.  The other day I posted that 30 seconds of faces, this is pretty similar expect these are probably over about 1 minute.  He bribed him with conversation hearts.  Yep, that's what all good parents do right before bed..... they give their toddler month old candy before going to sleep.  It worked and we got some funny pictures.

And lastly, 2 pictures I took the other day.

Spring is here, yippee!  My bulbs are sprouting.  This poor flower didn't last long, someone walked on it.

Trip to the Beach

Today we took a drive to the outlets in Maine.  We never intended on going to the beach, just shopping and Chipotle.  Well Jim called a friend of ours to invite her to lunch and she said we should come by her place and we could head to the beach.  Why not?  We love the beach.  It was a perfect/beautiful day and there were lots of people there.  It didn't take Brady long to remember how much he loves the beach.  We were totally unprepared for a beach trip, we had no toys, no towels, no extra clothes, nothing.  No wait, scratch that, I found a little shovel in the back of the car.  We made do and had a great time.

Showing Rebecca how its done.

He tried outrunning the waves, but it didn't work.

Running from the waves that just soaked him.

 Showing me his wet jeans.

Daddy wears the hat.

Now Brady wears the hat.

Trip to the Zoo

Cara and I took the boys back to the zoo on Wednesday.  We went back in September and were totally disappointed.  But we then remembered the boys think Costco is fun so why not take them to the lame-o zoo for the day.  They of course loved it and ran from one end to the other and back.  I can't believe how much energy they have.  And they didn't even pass out right away in the car.  If given the chance, Cara and I would have gladly taken a nap.

Checking out his shadow.

I think it scared him, haha!!

This is what most of the day looked like, Miles going one way and Brady going the other.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

One night perusing the dollar spot at Target, Jim and I picked up a few random St. Patrick's items that we thought we be funny to take Brady's picture with.  So that's just what we did a few weeks ago.  The picture quality is super crappy,  but the pictures are too funny not to share.  We bribed him with m&ms and he did anything we wanted, it was great!!  Yes, those are beer mug glasses and a beer mug tie which Jim actually wore to work last Friday.  Don't judge us, we have a good time and Brady still thinks we are cool.

This one is my favorite, he didn't even care about the glasses, he was too busy eating his m&ms.

Choo Choo

We got Brady his first train set last night.  Its a small little starter set that's perfect for him.  We got home at bedtime so we set it up after he went to bed and it was there for a surprise this morning.  I can't lie, I slept in and missed the unveiling but I got to spend plenty of time choo-chooing all day.

This is a cute little street lamp.

It must have tasted yummy.

Brady got a play dish set in the mail the other day.  I thought he would go crazy for the plates and utensils but he loves the teapot and teacups.  It so funny.  He pours the tea in the cups and then says "hot".  He is very good about sharing his tea.  We had a tea party the other afternoon and me, Brady, Maddux, and Zoe all got cups.  It was adorable.
