Brady's First Meal

Brady turned 4 months so we tried some cereal for the first time . It didn't go as well as I expected, and I freaked out because I thought his tongue was swelling. Apparently I am crazy because it was not. Here are some pics and videos of him with his first and second try with cereal.

He opened his mouth for the spoon, but after that he wasn't so sure what to do.

There was absolutely no mess at all.... yeah right! He kept putting his hand in his mouth and his sleeve in the spoon. It is still cute at this point but I think he will be eating in his birthday suit from now on. HAHA.

Moe's #6 and #7

This weekend Brady made it to two new Moe's. This one is in Albany NY.

This Moe's is in Shrewsbury MA. We loves Moe's and we also know that this obsession with Moe's is pretty lame.

4 months old

Here is our big boy on his 4 month birthday. We had a good day, lunch with dad, haircut with mom, and sleeping in. I seriously can't believe how big he is getting.


Don't worry, he really liked this. He came up smiling.

It is getting hard to keep him sitting anymore, much more difficult than last month.




And here is the big boy feeding himself lunch while I packed us to leave. He kept pulling it out and jabbing it in his eye. He is so funny.

Then and Now

Here is Brady in the same spot on the couch. The first one is when he was about 5 weeks old.

This one was today. Wow, what a difference. He is getting so big.

Brady seriously loves this thing. Look at that drool. His shirt was soaked when it was time to get out.

Brady's office meeting

Brady went into the office for a business meeting today. He was an integral part of the meeting and had great input. Just kidding. We went for our Wednesday lunch date with Daddy and stopped into the office for a quick minute. Here is Brady sitting up like a big boy at the desk.

He was trying to tell his dad how to do his job more efficiently, but Jim was busy on the phone.

Just a quick vomit puddle on the desk, that's not a problem, right?

Lake Winnipesaukee

Today Brady and I hitched a ride with Jim up north for a visit to Lake Winnipesaukee. It is a huge lake and we hadn't been there yet so we were so excited. Mother Nature is a b@#ch and it was a crappy day, rainy, cloudy, and cold. Oh well. We ran in between the raindrops to take a quick picture. It eventually lightened up and we were able to walk around a bit, but otherwise it was a bust.



And here is proof that it is time to start using the belt in the swing. I was making dinner and I looked over and his legs are dangling over the end. Better hanging over the edge than laying on the floor. He has started thrusting his hips and arching his back, he does it all the time, in the swing, while you are holding him, while he is getting dressed. Not the funnest trick he has learned....luckily he is the world's cutest baby!!

Hanging out at home

We hung out in our jammies today and I was able to take a few pictures. He was in a great mood today and laughed and talked all day long.

Here he is feeding himself. I forgot to wash bottles until it was too late and had to use this bottle. He insisted on holding it himself and was getting so pissed because he kept pulling it out of his mouth. It was very funny.

Somehow I was able to take a picture of the 3 of them and they didn't lick the baby. I am so glad they are good with him, I was worried they wouldn't be. Zoe is still crazy about him and is getting better about not licking him at every opportunity. Maddux could still care less about him.
I am not sure what they were looking at here. My guess is the TV.

Zoe got very close to Brady and he must have liked the way it felt on his face because he kept trying to rub his face on her. It was the cutest thing. She just wanted to lay down and couldn't be bothered.

He is starting to like the Bumbo more and more. He still only sits in it for a few minutes, but naptime was approaching and he was starting to nod off.

It's been a while

I know it has been a few days, whoops!! So here are a few pictures from today. We went to a pancake breakfast and Brady was a Handsome Harry. Here he is smiling and sucking on his hands. I wanted to get pictures in his outfit before he barfed on it. He hasn't barfed on his outfit but he just barfed on mine. Oh well.

We went to WalMart to buy a laundry basket and look what we found... Pop would have loved it!! For those of you who don't know, my Pop worked for Oscar Mayer and we always has Weiner Mobile stuff, piggy banks, whistles, etc. Brady got his own weiner whistle today, woohoo!! I nearly passed out trying to squat behind the hot dog while he had his picture taken, I obviously need to work out more.

Jim did NOT want to stand in front of the Weiner Mobile, but I am such an understanding wife, and I made him.

We have a nose picker. At least he didn't eat it, right?

White Sox nation

Yesterday, Brady went to Fenway Park for his first baseball game. We had an AWESOME day. The seats were great, we were in the shade, and Brady was on his best behavior. The White Sox avoided a sweep, luckily. Brady must be a good luck charm!!


I think my mom was the only person in the whole stadium wearing a sweat shirt.


We sat in these seats for over an hour. We really thought they were ours, apparently we were wrong. Oh well, our real seats were good too.

Time for a quick snooze. I don't understand how he was able to sleep with all that noise.


Surprisingly we didn't get shot for wearing our White Sox garb. We only had to use the baby as a shield 3 or 4 times. He looked so cute in his White Sox onesie.

Of course he needed his pee pants changed and what better place to do it, but right at our seats. He smiled and laughed the whole time.
