7 months extravaganza

Today is Brady's 7 month birthday. It was a busy fun-filled day. First stop was the doctors office for a flu-shot and a quick check on his lungs. He didn't even flinch for the shot and he got the all clear for his lungs. She said the bronchiolitis is completely gone finally. He has started eating well again and is obviously gaining weight.

Next stop was Daddy's office for a Christmas party. Brady wore his tie because he is a pimp, obviously!!

Whew, after a long day in the office Brady relaxed with the remote, just like his Daddy.

Snow Baby

Last night we had our first significant snowfall even if it was only about 2 inches. Brady LOVED the snow. He did not want to come back inside but I wasn't dressed well enough and was cold. Of course his BFF Zoe was right there with him and wouldn't stop jumping all over him but he loved every second of it, even when she flicked snow into his jacket.

Going fishing

Here are Brady's friend going fishing today at group. This is a really cool toy that is full of water that they lay on and push and move the fish.

This picture is cracking me up. It looks like a real serious meeting of the minds. I hope they were conspiring to keep their Moms up all night.

Here is Brady reading his mail. He got singing cards yesterday from his Grandma and they startled the crap out of him at first. It looks like he wants a moment to himself to read his mail.

This kid must be part monkey because he does so much with his toes and feet. He has his card propped up and is reading it on his feet.

And this is pissed off Brady yesterday while waiting for our oil change to be over. We waited forever in the waiting room, luckily they called the house to tell me it was done (insert sarcasm here). Who does that? I told them I would be waiting for it and ended up waiting 20 extra minutes because I wasn't home to get their call that it was done. CNN can only hold Brady's attention so long.

Big Boy!

Look how big my baby is! He is moving all over the place these days. He is finally able to sit up for longer than 2 seconds. He likes to sit and play and bang his toys and loves his big kitchen spoon. Just a few pics of him for now. I have been slacking on this after taking 9000 pictures for our Christmas card.

Sitting with his best friend Zoe. She loves being right next to him. He was sitting here pulling her fur and hitting her in the head. She is so good with him and was just happy to be getting attention.

My Christmas Wish

OK so I know many of you enjoy reading my blog and I very much enjoy writing it. I am sharing Brady with everyone and now it is time for you all to give back. I want you to share yourself with Brady. I absolutely hate that he will grow up not seeing family and friends everyday. I want to make him a book of people who love him. So I need your help, I want you to send me a picture or you or your family and a paragraph telling Brady anything. I literally mean you can write anything from favorite things, vacations, stuff you like do as a family, silly stories. If you are trying to figure out what I am talking about here is an example of what my page would say.

This is Mommy. Her favorite color is pink. She loves the beach, reading, and going to visit new places. Her favorite food is Mexican food. When she was a little girl all she wanted was a dog and dangling earrings. She now has 2 dogs but doesn't like earrings that dangle. Mommy loves sleeping in and hearing the waves at the beach. Mommy hopes that when you are bigger you will always say "please" and "thank you" and hopes that you like to stay clean. Mommy grew up in Pennsylvania. She has 1 brother named Tommy. Mommy and Daddy met when they were in college. She loves to whistle and make up the words to songs. Someday this may annoy you, bu for now you like it.

OK that is not my exact page but you get the idea. Be creative and remember it is a book for a baby so don't worry about writing something silly. I want him to have a chance to see and hear about people in his life. We read together everyday and you can see from his previous pictures that he enjoys it. I would love to have this done by Christmas so you have some time. I want as many people to contribute as possible. I know alot of people look at this site because they enjoy looking at Brady so please help me by letting Brady look at you and your family. Happy Birthday Daddy

Yesterday was Jimmy's birthday and here is Brady showing off Daddy's cake.

We put up our tree last night so when Brady got into his jumper this morning he was quite surprised to find a tree there. He loves just looking at the lights. Hopefully he keeps his hands off of it.

And lastly, here is Brady at the doctors yet again yesterday. They did another RSV test which is a q-tip up the nose which makes him sneeze and I thought he looked so cute with his red eyes and his itchy face. Poor guy. He had to have a chest x-ray which of course was fine. If only this stupid cough would go away then we could stop going to the doctors. She wants to see him again in 2 weeks. It's like we are going for some type of award for doctor visits.

Trip home to PA

We had a great time at home for Thanksgiving, even if it did take 17 1/2 hours in the car to get to and from. I am not looking forward to that trip again in 3 weeks. Just a few more pics from the trip.
